An architectural survey is a precise measurement of every wall, opening, height and level inside an existing space. We come on site with a laser distance meter and record real-world dimensions — for offices, restaurants, bars, shops, apartments or full buildings.
The output is a complete documentation set at 1:50 scale: floor plans, sections with heights, facades, a schedule of materials and a photo report. You receive it as DWG for CAD software and PDF for print.
It is the first and most important step before any renovation, change of use, fit-out or interior project.
